For me, painting has been a journey of self discovery. I realised that I had spent years helping others professionally, indeed that was my job, but somewhere along the line I forgot to ask what I wanted. 

All that changed back in 2018 went I took a class with artist Dai Griffiths who removed fears, enabled exploration and revealed my love of painting.

Since then I have taken classes wherever and whenever I can, and I was lucky to be sponsored by my favourite clothes designer Gudrun Sjorden.

Most recently working with the Californian artist Nicholas Wilton and his ‘Creative Visionary Program’ where I realised that it is only when you dig deep, and look at what lights you up with brutal honesty that you can truly be your authentic self.

Nick’s program led me to join The Irish Palette, a dynamic group of Irish artists exhibiting across Ireland.
